DIN 66399是德國制定的文件銷毀國際標準，被全球企業及政府機構廣泛採用。標準將文件銷毀分為7個保密級別（P-1至P-7），等級越高代表文件被碎得越細，越難被重組還原。DIN 66399 is an international document destruction standard established in Germany, widely adopted by businesses and government organisations worldwide. The standard defines 7 security levels (P-1 to P-7).
各保密級別詳細說明 | Security Level Details
P-1 — 最低保密 Basic Security
碎紙尺寸：最大面積2,000mm²，條狀寬度最大12mm。適用：一般廢紙、內部文件草稿。Shred size: Max area 2,000mm², strip width max 12mm. Suitable for: General waste paper, internal draft documents.
P-2 — 基本保密 Basic Confidentiality
碎紙尺寸：最大面積800mm²，條狀寬度最大6mm。適用：一般商業文件、非敏感內部文件。Shred size: Max area 800mm², strip width max 6mm. Suitable for: General business documents.
P-3 — 普通保密 Standard Confidentiality
碎紙尺寸：最大面積320mm²，條狀寬度最大2mm。適用：一般辦公室文件、含基本個人資料的文件。Shred size: Max area 320mm², strip width max 2mm. Suitable for: General office documents.
P-4 — 高度保密 High Confidentiality（粒狀 Cross Cut）
碎紙尺寸：最大面積160mm²，條狀寬度最大6mm，長度最大60mm。適用：含個人資料、薪酬資料、客戶資料的文件。符合香港個人資料私隱條例要求。推薦型號：HSM Securio B24, B26, B32, Fellowes Powershred 99Ci. Shred size: Max area 160mm². Meets Hong Kong PDPO requirements.
P-5 — 極高保密 Very High Confidentiality（幼粒狀 Micro Cut）
碎紙尺寸：最大面積30mm²，條狀寬度最大2mm，長度最大15mm。適用：財務報表、合約文件、醫療記錄、法律文件。推薦型號：HSM Securio B34, P36, Fellowes Powershred 225Mi. Suitable for: Financial statements, contracts, medical records.
P-6 — 機密 Confidential（特細幼粒 Ultra Micro Cut）
碎紙尺寸：最大面積10mm²，條狀寬度最大1mm，長度最大10mm。適用：政府機密文件、軍事資料、高度敏感商業資料。推薦型號：HSM Securio P44i. Suitable for: Government classified documents, military data.
P-7 — 最高保密 Maximum Security
碎紙尺寸：最大面積5mm²，條狀寬度最大1mm，長度最大5mm。適用：最高機密政府及軍事文件，符合NSA/CSS EPL標準。Suitable for: Top secret government and military documents, meets NSA/CSS EPL standard.
